Pneumatic drill units are fixed in spindle speed and feed rate which are coupled with each other. For the machining of stack materials, this inflexibility leads to material defects, short tool life and longer machining cycle times!

Drill holes with a depth of up 800 mm in one cycle with required tolerance IT8 or IT7 and a straightness of 0.015 mm over 250 mm depth.
